Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you buy from Protein Basket — in our store in Pratap Nagar, Nagpur, over WhatsApp, or after an enquiry through this website.

PRODUCTS
We sell food supplements made by other companies. Descriptions, nutrition information, serving sizes and directions come from the manufacturer and are printed on each pack; the pack is the final word. The photographs on this website are of products on our shelves, but flavours, sizes and packaging change, so please confirm exactly what you are buying before you pay.

PRICES
Prices change with brand offers and pack sizes, so we confirm the price at the time you buy, in the store or on WhatsApp. A price is not fixed until we have confirmed your order.

ORDERS AND STOCK
Stock moves quickly. If an item sells out after you have asked for it, we will tell you and suggest an alternative, or you can wait for fresh stock.

CHECK YOUR PRODUCT
Please check the seal, batch number, expiry date and MRP when you receive a product, and before you open it. Because supplements are consumable, tell us about any problem with a sealed product straight away and before opening it, so we can put it right with you.

HEALTH
Supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Advice we give in the store or on WhatsApp is general guidance, not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, take regular medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under 18, speak to a doctor before using any supplement. Always follow the manufacturer's directions and do not exceed the stated dose.

ALLERGIES
Many supplements contain milk, soy, egg, nuts or gluten, or are made in facilities that handle them. Read the allergen information on the pack before you buy.

We try to keep the information here accurate, but it may not always reflect today's stock or packaging. The guides on this site are general information, not personal advice.
